12-Weeks of Wellness at $900

You are all in and ready to do the heavy lifting for the long-haul! This 12-week immersive approach comes complete with consistent wellness coaching, nutrition consulting, and fitness consultations.

  • 1 - 2 hour evaluation, onboarding and goal-setting session

  • Bi-weekly 45 minute, wellness session (in-person or virtual)

  • Teach-me-how nutrition - introduce best practices, tracking methods and easy-wins

  • Pantry clean-out + grocery shopping trip - we will navigate a grocery run together to show you how to shop

  • Custom macro-based nutrition plan

  • Fitness consultation, referral and accountability management - get you into an exercise routine that you love and keep you on track with adapted goals and challenges

  • Cultivate a positive state of mind, by way of awareness, understanding, and acceptance of your feelings.

  • Create and incorporate healthy positive mindset practices into your daily life.

  • Enhance your spiritual health by incorporating practices that will allow you to experience balance, peace, and satisfaction in your everyday life.

  • Weekly virtual check-in on assignments, nutrition tracking and progress

  • 24-hour email and Marco Polo support in between sessions
